Welcome to our Ofsted page, we thought you might like to know more about Ofsted rather than just read our Ofsted inspection report.
Who is Ofsted?
Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills. They inspect and regulate services that care for children and young people, and services providing education and skills for learners of all ages.
Every week they carry out hundreds of inspections and visits throughout England and publish the results online. They look to see if the childcare provider is meeting the requirements for safety, learning and development.
When were we last inspected?
Our last inspection was 6th July 2017.
What did they say about us?
'Staff establish positive relationships with parents and keep them fully involved in their children's learning.'
'The managers and staff evaluate their practice well. For example, older children recognise letters of the alphabet and simple words with confidence.'
'Children of all ages have good opportunities to develop their creative skills. Older children learn more complex ideas, such as still-life drawings. Babies and younger children explore the marks they make with paint and items such as bubble wrap.'
'Staff support all children effectively, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, to make good progress. For example, they share strategies with outside specialists.'
